Chef Cynthia Lozano Rodriguez brings her lifelong passion for cuisine to every dish at Dupont Centre Café. Moving to the U.S. at the age of nine, Cynthia's culinary journey began at a local Irish Pub before she moved on to become the Head Chef of Catering and Food Service at a major hotel chain. She later honed her craft at the prestigious Pelican Hill Resort, mastering the art of fine dining.
Her mission is simple: to bring fresh, flavorful food to her patrons at a reasonable price. At Dupont Centre Café, she shares her love for global cuisine through a menu that celebrates the diverse tastes of Asia and the Mediterranean.
